Post wedding brunch

Post wedding brunch is one of wedding week activities we often get a chance to plan for our foreign couples who get married in Croatia. Couples can generously welcome their out-of-town guests by welcoming them with a pre-wedding party the evening before the wedding and send them off with a relaxed post wedding brunch the following day.

Post wedding brunch is very popular addition to destination weddings. It is a get together that takes place the day after the wedding. It gives everyone a chance to chit-chat about the previous evening. It is also a great chance for family and friends who don`t have the opportunity to see each other on regular basis to catch up.

It is a casual and fairly inexpensive event and usually organized as informal buffet. It is common for guests to come and go, depending of their departure time for heading back home. Also, there is no need for speeches, toast or any other formalities, as it has probably been done on the wedding day. There is also no need for any special decoration, but the couple can arrange with the florist to reuse centerpieces from the day before.

Post wedding brunch guest list is usually made of couple`s family members, close friends and out-of-towners, but when it comes to destination weddings everyone gets invited to the post wedding brunch. Information about brunch is to be included with wedding invitation, so the guests can plan for it.

Attire should be comfortable and casual, but still styled as there might be photographer capturing moments.
